Returns
• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Items marked as final sale, personalized, or gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at contact@ellizjewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions on how to ship your item back.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@ellizjewels.com. We kindly ask that you include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue, along with your order number. This helps us quickly evaluate and resolve your claim.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
